Product: HP Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The system does not power up and no lights are there. The charging light also does not work. Have replaced the motherboard and still the problem persists. Initially the system would boot up once after clicking the power button a few times, now the system doesnt boot up at all. The technician that replaced the motherboard said the system was booting up properly without the battery connected. The battery is charged more that 60% and also when its working it will give good backup, so i dont know if its some defect with the battery controller or the battery.
