HP Probook 455 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently bought a new HP Probook 455 G3, and I was trying out some of the preinstalled software (so that I could restore the laptop and know which bloatware to remove).  After trying out the HP Client Security Manager and setting up HP Drive Encryption, my laptop became slower than the 6 year old laptop I bought it to replace and I found the HP Drive Encryption which seems to be based on 'Windows 95' very frustrating to use.

I therefore made what I now assume was an amatuer mistake and decided to restore my laptop to its original factory settings so that I could start over again.  More stupidly one of the very last things I did was delete the Drive Encryption backup off my usb stick...

After restoring, the HP Drive Encryption still appears when I load the computer but now it doesnt recognise my password or any of the answers for my security questions, so I cant get past that screen.

I do not care about losing any data on my hardrive, as there was no personal documents saved.  So is there anyway I can wipe my hardrive and restore it to the factory settings?

Or am I going to have to buy a new hardrive?  And will this then mean that I will no longer have windows 10 and have to buy that again?

All help will be greatly appreciated!
