I bought this computer as a refurbish about 7 months ago. It came with Windows 7 installed so I upgraded to Windows 10.
It has been a very reliable machine until recently. Last week it suddenly failed to recognize the LAN connection. I checked all of the connections and there were no issues. I decided to perform a recovery through the windows recovery system.
The recovery failed. I then went into the HP diagnostic tools. I ran the memory and disk diagnostics and they both came back successful. I then ran the run-in test and it just continues to loop.
Any ideas? Help would be appreciated.
