Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Laptop was running just fine. When I tried powering it up to work, it just went dark and silence.

Have already tested power supply and it's ok. Have also tried booting with battery connected...to no avail.

 

Please help as I need the laptop to do my work.

Have you been using the laptop with the same battery for a few years?
