Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)
I recently reinstalled my laptop because it was slowing down drastically. It reinstalled at windows 8 and I tried updating to windows 8.1 this got stuck at 82% and after a while I was fed up so quit the installation to continue using my PC on windows 8.0. this worked correctly for quite a while.

Today I tried starting my laptop and it started a setup which once again got stuck at 82%. After this it got stuck in a bootloop in which it tried to restart itself due to a bsod and ending up at the bsod Everytime.

I've tried diagnosis true my bios which had the following result for my harddrive:
Hard drive smart check: passed
For the short dst check it gets stuck at 99% and doesn't give me a result.

Is my harddrive giving up on me and should I get a new one or is it worth to try some other tricks? (Reinstalling Windows or whatever)

I hope u guys can help me out.

P.s. The last few days I've had the feeling my laptop started to lag once in a while at random moments.
