My son entered a BIOS password but I am unable to use the laptop due to the password restriction at post. Can someone please help?

Thank you for the code. I need to knoiw where to input this code you gave me? Do I restart the laptop and enter it when the system ask for a password?

Yes, restart the notebook and enter the code into the password field, then hit enter.
