Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Having persistent issues with my HP Notebook, whenever the battery power cord is removed from the laptop, the laptop will work for about 5mins without problem then just completely power off without warning. this is despite being on 80% battery life. when i press the power button, i can hear the laptop trying to power on but the screen stays black then goes silent after a few seconds. i have done multiple battery tests and checks and all results come back "ok" but clearly something is not working. I have paid to have it looked at by a computer specialist and they could not diagnose what was wrong with it. the laptop only works if it is plugged in to power FULL TIME. this defeats the purpose of a portable computer / laptop
