Product: Pavilion g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am helping a colleague with their laptop, this issue appeared apparently when they were changing something with account settings.  I have read up on some similar issues, it looks like I need to post the disable code and someone can provide an unlock code.

 

The disable code is 89650442.
