Product: HP ProBook 4530s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hello,
I have an HP ProBook 4530s which experienced a thermal overheat shutdown. Now when I turn on the laptop I am taken through the normal black screen set-up (Press ESC then Enter) followed by a never ending black screen until my laptop experiences another overheat with unclogged fan vents.
On a few isolated occasion I am given the opportunity when trying to power on to restart due to an unusual shut down or to look through advanced settings. The laptop fails to restart on command when selected. I have gone through a system reset as well through advanced settings and that also made no difference.
Thank you for your assistance.
