Product: HP ProBook 450 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My new laptop decided it will only boot to a grey and blue titled "Drivers" and has a "Device List". The list is blank and I only have the option to exit. I have tried a hard reset, removed and reinserted the memory, checked that the hard drive was seated fully, tried F2, F8, F9, F10 and Windows Logo button + B. I have used the computer maybe 5 times and it worked fine, then it sat a week and now won't work. Any help would be appreciated.
