Product: HP Probook 450 Gq
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a probook that was upgraded to Windows 10 and has been working fine for a few weeks. Today as we boot it goes right to an orange screen with white vertical lines. I have run some system diagnostics (F2) and everything seems to pass and then looked at the BIOs (F10) and again it seems fine. When I try to boot to safe mode (F8) it won't do anything - goes back to the orange screen. I have limited knowledge and am trying what I have found on searching the internet. Do I have any hope of fixing this or do I need to take it in?
