Product: HP Pronook 6550b

Hi

So i ordered a HP Probook 6550b on ebay and it was working fine, later i opened it up to clean it out and repaste the cpu and when i put the cpu back in i accidently forgot to tighten it in the socket and when i turned it on, all of the lights on the touchbar came on for a split second and then shuts off. I've tried almost everything to fix it and i'm thinking it's either the cpu or motherboard that is dead
