Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae052nr

My laptop kept a restarting randomly. This happened for months. Tried installing a new operating system. That did not resolve the problem. I went into the BIOS and did system checks and memory tests. No issues were found. Also tried storage tests. No issues found.

I don't know what the problem is. 

 

I did a factory reset and now I don't even have an operating system on the device. It won't even turn on. I don't even know how to put an operating system back on. The laptop is now a brick. This is such an expensive and premium laptop. It only worked properly for 3 years and then I just stopped using it. Instead of throwing it in the trash, I'm posting here to see if anybody can help. The quality of this laptop did not seem to be better than a cheaper laptop.
