So I've had this issue for a while but it seems to go away and come back every few weeks. So just to give you a clear idea, when my laptop loads Skype will come up and connect and I'll usually get a onedrive thing come up which I usually just close. This tells me that my computer is working fine.
So whenever my computer does this, Skype doesn't come up nor the onedrive thing. So I'll try to open google chrome or any other apps and my laptop will suddenly freeze but I can still move the mouse until suddenly the loading thing on the cursor appears and my entire desktop locks up and nothing will work. Sometimes this isn't the issue when it's not working and it'll load google chrome, but google chrome will be stuck on loading and I can't load any webpages. If I close Google chrome when this happens, I can't open it again nor any other apps.
Usually restarting it works, but this time it's not the case. Help?

Hi,
Shutdown the notebook.
Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu. Select the Diagnostic Menu option ( f2 ) and run the tests on the Hard Drive and Memory.
Post back with the results, including any error codes that may be generated.
Can you also post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of your notebook - see Here for a guide on locating this information - and the version of Windows currently installed.

Hi,
That's good to hear
If the issue does re-occur, run the tests mentioned in my previous post.
