Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I got it from a auction and there was a program k12 on it and my kids started playing on it and it wouldn't connect to internet or anything so they tried to reset it and when they turned it back on its asking for admin password or power on password how do I get past that and how do I take off that program permanently I did remove it from uninstall programs but it is set into the factory reset as well.
