Hi,
First disable secure boot and enable legacy support from BIOS setup. Save and exit
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04784866
Then insert the disc
Now, change boot order:
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01443326
Save and exit to continue to boot from disc.
