Hello,

Desperately need the answer,

I have Hp 2760P tablet pc.I am the 2nd owner.

It is working pefectly with primary battery but when i attach secondary slim battery it turns off and when i On the system  it does  for 3 or for second but does not boot with no display. i can only hear the fan sound only for 2 or 3 seconds and then again off or restart. i am an O Level and A Level Computer science lecturer so need long backup thats why purchase The extra slim battery. 

One more thing in task bar battery status primary battery is recognsed as battery 2  so how can i  change it to display as battery 1.

 i found that may be it is a bios problem but don't know the Bios Administrator password so can not update it. So if there is anyone who can tell me how to remove its password.

I am very upset and desperately need your help
