Product: HP Elitebook 8740w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I have a problem with my elitebook 8740w with ati graphics card. Sometime it charge sometime it wont no matter what i tried. When it ran out of battery and it cannot charge, its blinks nine times in charger icon " lightning bolt icon" everytime i plug the the power adapter. I'd try different power adaptor and different battery in good working condition but still the laptop wont boot. But when i go to technician for repair they easily fix it as i see them pressing f12 or something combination of key..They would not tell me how to fix it. They only like to collect money charges. As this happen to me 4 times still not figure out how to fix this problem without greedy technician help. I search Hp furom about this 8740w problem with no answer.pls help
