Product: HP Probook 4530s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We cannot seem to troubleshoot this laptop, we have tried a large amount of solutions and cannot seem to figure it out.

The most likely culprit that we cannot test currently is that the laptop is not recieving the required amount of power for the new screen that was recently installed.

It does not turn on the only thing that shows any sign of power is a white blinking light where the charger is. We have tried the remove the battery  and/or charger and hold down the power for 30 seconds.
