If your PC has an active warranty, you can send it to HP for repairs. You can contact support via chat option here > https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
If you get a message Boot device not found during PC start up, you may read this thread here >> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/Boot-device-not-found/m-p/6059807/highlight/f...
and follow the steps to diagnose and attempt to fix the issue on your own.
