Product: Hp Steam Notebook 11-d011wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
What can I do to reboot my hp.
Windows wasn't installed right and was acting up and bios the system without a backup or USB recovery.
And my pc doesn't have a cd reader and the battery doesn't come off
