HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q879AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a recurring issue with the screen not waking from sleep mode. I managed to fix this from another post on this site by updating the graphics driver. Unfortunately  a routine software update on the laptop has caused the problem to come back and I can no longer find the post that helped me to fix the issue previously. This seems to be quite a common problem with HP laptops. It is disappointing that this has not yet been addressed by HP Support. HP Support Assistant has not been of any help nor have the Virtual assistants on the HP Support site.

I believe you have Intel's Iris video

If you have that iris graphics chip then this is the latest driver

In addition, try updating  all Intel drivers using the intel support assistant

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

Let me know what happens.
