HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cp0000 IDS Base Model

I purchased two the laptops for my grandchildren 17z-cp000 2Q7v8av in december 2021 my grandson turned his off the other day  and the next day it would not turn on my granddaughters laptop did this too model laptop is the  same thing there must be a product issue with this model laptop S/ N [Personal Information Removed] you will see the specs on it. If the keyboard goes bad does it keep it from turning on ? your help would be appreciated.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are facing power issues.

 

Kindly change the power source and see if it powers on.

 

Please confirm if you are able to perform these steps if the device powers on.

1) Shutdown the computer. 

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears. 

3) Press F2 once.
