Product: Hp pavilion 17

I disassembled my laptop to clean and replace the 3V battery. After reassembling and booting Windows 10, found that the CD drive was missing from the system. There is also no sound when the computer is turned on, which is usually made by the drive during testing. I get the impression that no power is being supplied. All stubs are connected correctly.

Is it possible that something was disabled in the bios when the 3v battery was replaced?

If properly connected it should be running. Can you try another drive maybe from an old notebook?
