Product: HP Spectre x2 A002TU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

Would someone be able to tell me why my HP Spectre x2 A002TU will not power on.

I have not had a problem with this laptop before and cannot understand why this is happening now...

It was purchased late February this year so it is very new....
