HP Stream Notebook 13-c100na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
This has been going on for a while now (4 months or so) but whenever I turn on my laptop, it loads the HP logo then cuts to a blank screen. It repeats this until I turn the laptop off, any help please?

Welcome to the HP Forums

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read about your HP Stream 13Notebook and it loads to HP logo and shows the blank screen.

I have a few steps that should help,

Some HP Notebook PCs come with two sticks of memory and have two memory slots. If you experience a black screen or blue screen with HP logo, the problem could be with one of the sticks of memory or with one of the memory slots.

To determine what is causing the failure, try to isolate the problem by:

Performing a memory self-test

Checking for loose memory modules

Testing the memory modules

Testing the memory slots

I hope it helps and if you feel I have answered your question and concerns,

Please mark this post as a solution accepted and Kudos would also be appreciated.

Cheers.
