Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Hello HP Support,

I have a problem that keep repeating that is a random shutdown.

I have sent my laptop for repair before this and this problem gone, and keep coming back. The repair man said they formatted the PC and reinstall windows and drivers. The problem gone. Maybe, after I install Minecraft, the problem coming back. I sent it again, this time they said the ram slot is burned. They removed the ram(Which I Add It Make it 4GB ram). Then, the problem keep coming back. After that, I install Ubuntu(Linux) and it worked. Since that, I wpuld said I hate linux. So I remove Ubuntu and sent it to other repairman, this time they said the ram slot weren't burned. They put back the ram. They all of that comes from the internal fan. They changed and work like 7 months and more. Today the problem coming back.

Diagnostics :-
Ran a Memory test and SMART Test and passed all test
Ran a Run-In test also worked.

Help me!
