My Notebook with Pro ID:M5H37UA#ABA, is having trouble restarting. It shows a blue pahe with stope code : BAD SYSTEM CONFIGURATION INFO. Pls help in restoring it back to normal way of operation. Timmy

- Turn on the computer and repeatedly press the F11 key about once every second until the Choose and option screen is displayed.
- On the Choose an Option screen, click Troubleshoot.
- On the Troubleshoot screen, click Reset your pc.
If this does not work-you may have to go through the steps again and choose Recovery Manager, then do a System Recovery which will restore the laptop back to factory settings. If you have files,photos that are not backed up be prepared to do it before recovery-external usb hard drive, usb flash drive.
