My Notebook with Pro ID:M5H37UA#ABA,  is having trouble restarting. It shows a blue pahe with stope code : BAD SYSTEM CONFIGURATION INFO. Pls help in restoring it back to normal way of operation. Timmy

  1. Turn on the computer and repeatedly press the F11 key about once every second until the Choose and option screen is displayed.
  2. On the Choose an Option screen, click Troubleshoot.
  3. On the Troubleshoot screen, click Reset your pc.

If this does not work-you may have to go through the steps again and choose Recovery Manager, then do a System Recovery which will restore the laptop back to factory settings. If you have files,photos that are not backed up be prepared to do it before recovery-external usb hard drive, usb flash drive.
