If you've paid it, then you would have recieved the COA sticker for Office activation upon buying this laptop.
I don't think HP can help you in this in anyway. If you still need to contact them: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

Hi,
You need to replace the failed drive with a new one of similar form factor
Yours is a HP Spectre 13t-h200 CTO x2 PC machine.
Manual: Page 44
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04273417
Did your x2 come with 128gb mSSD mSATA-3 in the tablet?
You need this HP part: 737218-001
Like this:
https://www.amazon.com/HP-737218-001-128GB-micro-solid-state/dp/B00IY1CWTE

Hi,
You could clean install Windows 10 Home is your laptop came with Windows 10 or upgraded to Windows 10 previously:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-clean-install-windows-10-a.html
Windows will automatically get activated after installation while connected to internet
Additional drivers from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-13-h200-x2-pc/5405609/model/6488441
Salvaging data from failed flash based mSSD is near to impossible. It is like all or none law - either mSSD work or or doesn't work at all.

You're very welcome!
If you have purchased full version of Microsoft office separately, you would've got product activation key sticker along with the laptop. You can use this to activate the Office version after downloading and installing them from Microsoft.
If your laptop didn't come with any activation key, then Office software that was present in this notebook we just a trial version and cannot be reinstalled again.
