Product: 2000-299WM Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
When I try to start my PC, it goes straight to the boot menu. From there, nothing happens. I can't make any selections. All I can do is shut it down. I tried reseating the memory, and did a hard reset, but the result is the same. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Specs: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03074596
Your laptop came with Windows 7 64bit from factory.
Did you create Recovery DVD/USB after first setup?
Please test hard drive extensively from BIOS:
