Product: Example: Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

KBoa noite, estou configurando um notebook novo há pavilion x360 comprado nos USA, novíssimo. Ao configurar as contas solicitadas, acabei criando uma conta outlook.com. Ao reiniciar o notebook na tela de inicio, apareceu uma conta outlook.com solicitando uma senha. Quando vou colocar a senha recem criada ele não reconhece a senha. Diz que eu não tenho acesso ao notebook e que eu tenho que ir no account.live.com to fix the problem, ou tentar outra senha. Estou desesperada e não sei o que fazer. Por favor, ajudem-me.
