Hello, recently the battery of my laptop had shown problems, so I had to replace it.

I live in South Korea, and unfortunately it seemed difficult to directly order battery parts from your parts shop.

Thus, I had to order from 3rd party seller.

 

There is no problem after changing the battery, software-wise.

Battery check on HP Support Assistant says everything is normal. 

I don't have any particular charging or booting issues.

 

However, the charging light keeps on blinking white 3 times. 

This happens regardless of whether I am charging the laptop or the laptop is disconnected from power.

Can you help me solve this issue?

 

Also, is there a way to purchase battery parts from you directly? Because I purchased the battery from 3rd party seller, I have doubts on the authenticity of the product.

Edit: I removed the battery, pushed the power button to drain any remaining power, then reattached the battery.

Now it is blinking 5 times instead of 3.
