I want to dual boot Kali Linux with windows 10 on my Elitebook 8440p, but PC system info shows "Secure Boot State Unsupported".
What should I do?

Hello,
The message you get appears probably because Legacy mode is not yet enabled and due to the Secure Boot functions which does not allow you to run "unsigned" code (unapproved by Microsoft code) such as Linux-based OS.
Please, check these threads and them as reference:
- If you can boot to Windows, ensure Fast start up is disabled
- In BIOS, disable Secure boot and enable Legacy mode
- Save the changes in the BIOS and
- When ready,
0. Instert te Linux Kali media (DVD or USB device)
1. Please, shutdown the computer using the power button
2. Power it on.
2.1 As soon as you press the power-on button, immediately begin hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap).
This should open a HP Startup Menu
3. Choose F9 to open Boot Device options
4. Choose the Linux media
Hope this helps.
