Product: ProBook 470 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
Got an issue with a ProBook 470 G3 not booting properly. The battery is charged but the Probook won't boot with the battery in the laptop: it only boots without the battery but with the powercable.
Once booted I can plug the battery in and remove the powercable and it keeps running. But as soon as I want to boot again I need to remove the battery and put the cable back in. It's a brand new laptop and the battery has been replaced by the dealer once already but the issue remains.
