Product: Probook 450 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
While trying to disable hp drive encryption, i reset the security settings to factory default in bios.on restart, it asked to accept or reject the changes which i accepted. Thereonafter, it doesnt recognize my password and doesnt let me through. I have tried using the hp drive encryption code but the usb flash containing drive encryption key doesnt show in the recovery dialog.
I have data on that hdd that i need very much. Kindly guide me out of this mess.
