Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I orded a replacement part, and it was sent to an old address even after I had the support guy update it. The Fed Ex tracking number that I have said it was never deliverd. The order was made 09-11-2016, and my credit card was charged. Since then I've called twice and talked to two different people every since. The zip code is still not correct checking my long in info, and I corrected that last week. After calling twice, and talking with support I still don't have any message, email or anything stating that my problem is being worked on or looked into. I still have my CSO number and the tracking number for the product to prove it wasn't delievered. After calling twice the only thing they could do is update my addrress and "push the order". Though I haven't heard anything from it. I would like some help or a sign that it's going to be fixed.
