Probook 4330s
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Probook 4330s running on SSD (SanDisk SSD Plus 120G) with Windows 10 Pro installed. The Probook has the latest version of BIOS (68SRR Ver.F.61, 04/22/2016) which was downloaded from hp.com.

One day I tried out the Drivelock feature from the BIOS by setting up a USER and MASTER passwords on the SSD, and after that I have never been able to boot from the SSD again. Every time when I turn laptop on, it doesn’t even ask me to enter any password. When I turn it on, it always tries to boot from PXE over network and eventually ask me to install an OS because no OS is found. Also when I want to remove the passwords, there is nowhere from the Drivelock feature that I can remove them to recover the SSD.

Can someone shed some light on this? It would be much appreciated.
