Product: Android HPS
Operating System: WebOS / Palm OS

 I have lost the settings app on my HP Touchpad older version Android HPS Web oS.  When I try to do a hard factory reset by pressing the power button, volume down button and home button for 30 seconds it comes up to the reboot screen and lets me select recovery but then it doesn't do anything! Please help. I need to add my new home wireless internet and it won't let me!
