Product: Hp 550

I had my laptop abroad and when i got it back there was something that said drivelock hdd bay password. When i try to go to the bios it says setup password. I did not have a password before and the one that borrowed it say he did not put any password either.

 

I try setup password 3 times to get some code but there is only a star after the last try.

How do i unlock my laptop?

 

I did try take the battery out from the motherboard but it did not help.
