Hi,
Check if there's any change to this behaviour if you disable hybrid boot - you can do this as follows.
Right click on the Battery icon in the taskbar and select Power Options.
Click on 'Choose what the power button does' in the left hand pane.
In the subsequent window, first click on 'Change settings that are currently unavailable' ( near the top of the Window ) and then remove the checkmark from the box against 'Turn on fast start-up (recommended)'. Click the Save changes button, then restart the notebook.

Hi,
Good to hear it's now loading
What I would suggest now is to re-enable fast start-up as sometimes this will resolve the issue.
Right click on the Battery icon in the taskbar and select Power Options.
Click on 'Choose what the power button does' in the left hand pane.
In the subsequent window, first click on 'Change settings that are currently unavailable' ( near the top of the Window ) and then enter a checkmark against 'Turn on fast start-up (recommended)'. Click the Save changes button, then restart the notebook.
Let windows fully reload and leave the system to idle for 5 minutes.
Shutdown the notebook, then start it again and see if the boot time has improved.
