HP Recommended
Product: NoteBook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hey my HP NoteBook 15 will boot up but it'll do one of two things. It will either boot up and say preparing auto repair, then it will stop and then it,ll go to a lighted black screen. Or it will just boot up and continue trying to load a little bit and then go to the lighted black screen. Either way it ends up going to the lighted black screen. If I could get some help that would be fantastic. Please and thank you.
