Product: HP elite x2 g1 1002
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi 

when i turn on my elite x2 it shows HP drive  encryption page which needs a password for logging in but it does not accept my password and when i use my fingerprint first it writes good swipe fingerprint matched but after some second it said TPM authentication failed.
what should I do to access my windows and documents? 
i attached the pictures that i took from my screen to understand.thank you
