Product: HP ENVY Sleekbook 4
Hi, I am having a problem with my power/battery on my Envy ultrabook 4. 1st of all the battery is at 84% and it says it is not charging. as soon as I disconnect the power cord it turns the laptop off completely. i have ran a battery test within the HP Support assistance and it passed that test.
I have also looked and fiddled with the power options and pwer services and i am still getting the same issue.
The laptop is out of warranty.
can someone hekp with this please?
