Product: Probook 450 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)
I deleted the spare keys and finger prints since they were not working efficiently every time when I turn on my laptop. After I turned off my laptop and restarted it, they hp drive encryption started and It accepts my correct password but then it does not responds and every process stops. So I cannot start my laptop as I cannot get through this hp drive encryption software. I don't want to lose my data either. Please give me solutions as soon as possible. Thanks
