Product: elite book folio w/win 10 pro.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
1day after the end of the 1st year, the battery died. So far I can't get support. I had to pull the battery or the system would shut off randomly. Was ok for one day. Then it started shutting down again, at random. All diags pass. Tried f11 @start, nothing. Win defender runs, screen goes dark, and thats it. Numerous reboots and nada. All diags ok. Can't get past any f function. I assume I need to reload win, but no dvd drive. What should I try? Here in Thailand there is no decent support. Thanks
