Product: Elite x2 1012 g1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I first bought the laptop I was able to use the fingerprint when the laptop booted to the HP screen (prior to Windows). My laptop has since been repaired by HP and I no longer am able to use the fingerprint. I can only enter a passowrd at the HP screen. The fingerprint reader works okay as I have reghistered 3 fingerprints and I can use the fingerprint when asked to log in by Windows (eg after Sleep). How can I get back the option to se the fingerprint to login at boot to the HP screen?
