HP Recommended
Product: hp g4 250 i5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

tried to uninstall macafee livesafe kept getting (ui host missing) so decided to reset computer back to factory settings.

 

thought it had reset but when it restarts it shows hp logo then welcome then restarting then sitches off 3 seconds later then it starts again and does the same thing and so on etc.
