Product: hp 4520s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My hp 4520s only show hp logo when starting on battery but won't boot. But when i shut  it down and remove the battery and then plug only the Ac adapter, it boot well. But when i shutdown and reinsert the battery, and put it on , it will only show the hp logo but won't continue to start. it just stick at the hp logo. Please help. i will highly appreciate your assistance.
