HP Recommended
Product: laptop hp 395 3g?
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

a couple of problems with keyboard
it frezzes incl start button
when i press key '' i need with shift i get 'blank and have to press a 2nd time to get it.
to get a single ' i have to press twice to get '' and delete one space to get the desired result '
i dont have a pound button.
isnt there a an app  that can reset the keys?
