Product: hp elite book 8440p

Was putting elitebook 8440 back to factory settings, windows was reinstalling and froze at 16% installed. Lost power and when restored on start up a warning screen " the computer restarted unexpectly or encounteredan unexpected error.Windows instalation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer,and then restart the instalation." It shuts down, restarts and goes into the same message.
